SafeTrade.lk Return Policy

1. General Return Window

• Customers may request a return within 3 days of receiving the item.
• Items must be in original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.

2. Eligible Products

• Most products are eligible for return unless otherwise stated.
• Eco-sensitive items, hygiene products, and custom-made goods may be non-returnable.
• Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” are excluded.

3. Return Conditions

• Original invoice or order confirmation must be provided.
• Items must not be damaged, altered, or missing components.
• SafeTrade.lk reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

4. Return Process

• Customers must initiate a return request via their SafeTrade.lk account.
• Once approved, the item must be shipped back within 3 working days.
• Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5. Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after the returned item is inspected and approved.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, based on customer preference.

6. Seller-Specific Policies

• Some sellers may offer extended return windows or additional guarantees.
• These will be clearly stated on the product page.
